Our location
We are located just outside Gourdon, located in a small hamlet by a farm, in beautiful quiet countryside surroundings. All linen, towels, electricity & gas are provided.

The barn gîte
Our barn gîte is a spacious converted barn which can comfortably accommodate 6 people in 3 double bedrooms - one bedroom has 2 single beds, the other two bedrooms each have double beds. There are 2 bathrooms (one of which is ensuite in the upstairs' bedroom).

The piscine
The swimming pool is private for your exclusive use (with warm water temperatures during the summer months!) of 11m x 6m has a sunbathing terrace with evening lighting, and is landscaped with banana and palm trees. The pool is provided with an alarm for your safety.

Private garden sun terrace
The lounge opens out via the back door to the garden sun terrace (16 sq.metres) and has an outdoor lighting system for your alfresco evening dining, complete with a barbecue. You can enjoy alfresco meals or simply gaze at the heavens and see the multitude of stars (from where we've taken our name) in the clear night sky, sipping a glass of superb local wine.

Kitchen
The kitchen comprises a gas hob, electric oven & hood, double basin sink, fridge freezer (big enough for all your wine bottles!) & a washing machine (there is access to a tumble dryer & ironing board in the utility room). There is a dining area with table & 6 chairs, & all the lighting is halogen.

Lounge
The kitchen opens out into the lounge which is bright & sunny with large windows, where the original barn door was located. The TV has British Sky satellite channels, French TV channels, & there is an iMac with broadband internet access, & also a varied selection of books.

Bedrooms
The bedrooms all have high ceilings, individual bedside reading lights, a wardobe & chest of drawers,The two downstairs' bedrooms are the green room (2 single beds) which looks out onto the courtyard and the orange room (1 double bed) which looks out onto the land. The upstairs blue bedroom (1 double bed) is calm and is ensuite.

Bathrooms
The main bathroom is located downstairs, with a spacious hydro-massage shower, basin & WC. The upstairs bathroom has a power shower, basin & WC.

Winter lets
For our winter clients, the barn gîte is centrally heated & is very comfortable during winter months. Please contact us for more details.
